Obama supporters "get out the vote"

JACKSON - More than a third of the counties in Mississippi have more registered voters than residents old enough to cast a ballot, according to an Associated Press analysis.

In addition to providing ammunition for people who say the voting system is vulnerable to fraud, the flabby voting rolls may make it difficult to accurately determine turnout for the Nov. 4 presidential election.

The Annenberg Challenge and the Woods Fund of Chicago funded numerous controversial groups while Barack Obama served on their boards between 1995 and 2002, an analysis of their tax returns shows. In 2001, when Obama was a part-time director of The Woods Fund of Chicago, it gave $75,000 to ACORN, the voter registration group now under investigation for voter fraud in 12 states. The Woods Fund also gave $6,000 to the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ, which Obama attended. The reason for the donation to the church is unclear -- it is simply listed as "for special purposes" in the group's IRS tax form. It gave a further $60,000 to the Children and Family Justice Center at Northwestern University, which was founded and run by Bernardine Dohrn, the wife of domestic terrorist William Ayers and, with her husband, a former member of the 1960s radical group the Weather Underground. Other controversial donations that year included $50,000 to the Small Schools Network -- which was founded by Ayers and run by Michael Klonsky, a friend of Ayers' and the former chairman of the Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), an offshoot of the 1960s radical group Students for a Democratic Society -- and $40,000 to the Arab American Action Network, which critics have accused of being anti-Semitic. The Woods Fund did not respond to questions about the funding.

The security features have been turned off on the software that Obama's web site uses to collect Donations. Features such as: do you have a valid zip code?

Apparently bloggers have been using clearly phony names and addresses on Obama’s online and credit card page – and finding that Obama turned off all the credit card security features. Most merchants will bounce back a credit card order if the card number doesn’t match the cardholder’s name, address, zip code and other personal information.

But Obama’s campaign doesn’t care and turned the software off. Newsmax reported the security features had been turned off during Obama’s heated primary contest with Hillary when he out-fundraised her with massive online donations.

Now, evidence continues to mount that Obama’s campaign allowed donors to engage in massive fraud by allowing individuals to use a single credit card to make multiple donations – keeping their individual donations below the $200 threshold and never revealed to the public.

But writing in the New York Post, Minneapolis attorney Scott W. Johnson reported that the Address Verification System (AVS) is used by the McCain campaign to screen all credit card-based donations against a searchable database of all donors, including those who fall below the $200 threshold. The Obama campaign still won’t reveal the names and addresses of its donors who gave under $200 – even though Obama says they donated more than $200 million to his campaign.

Mr Whitemore did say, however, that because potential hate crimes are looked at on a case-by-case basis, a complaint about an effigy of Barack Obama would have to be handled differently.

I'll venture to guess that Al "Sharpy" Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and busloads of paid volunteers (employees) would "handle" it differently.

What exactly HAS Barack Obama accomplished? Someone pointed out that if he is President for 4 years, that would be the longer than any job he has held so far.

From the time Barack Obama was sworn in as a United State Senator, to the time he announced he was forming a Presidential exploratory committee, he logged 143 days of experience in the Senate. That's how many days the Senate was actually in session and working.

John McCain is a "hero" to U.S. taxpayers for his lifetime record of resisting earmarks, while Barack Obama and Joe Biden are "hostile" and "unfriendly," a government spending watchdog group has concluded.

Since taking office, Obama has requested $740 million in federal earmarks for Illinois, including $750,000 for a visitors center, $713,000 for soybean disease research, $401,000 for a juvenile delinquent prevention program and $250,000 for obesity prevention.

The Democratic ticket has repeatedly criticized Palin for seeking earmarks for her city and for her state, including her initial support for Alaska's infamous "Bridge to Nowhere."

But mayors and governors do not fund these projects - members of Congress do. In 2005, Obama and Biden both voted for the "Bridge to Nowhere," defeating a bill to spend that money on Hurricane Katrina relief instead.

"It's a little like, don't throw stones if you live in a glass house," Schatz told FOX News.

These judges, the Coalition for the Homeless and Secretary of States are so concerned about something that might "disenfranchise some voters"... did it ever occur to them to be concerned about disenfranchising legitimate voters by leaving the door wide open to fraud?
