Hello all. I have a very large (4-6 bedroom or more) home in Salem that needs rehab - new heat, plumbing, and a completely new kitchen, including floor. Zoned residential/commercial, so can be split into multiple units. Also has multiple non-working fireplaces (great for running heating or other pipes/conduit). Garage, decent sized lot with chain link fence. It's on the main street of Salem (Route 49), a few blocks from the center of town. Full, really big attic for more possibilities. Willing to hold mortgage with $25K down at 7 percent with a balloon in 5 years. I'll be showing it in a couple of weeks to anyone interested.
