This is how GEMS got so bad. Favors, backroom deals, etc.

And Federal Government doesn't care. It turns it's head and says everything is OK. All within standards. Standards that change from day to day even hour to hour for their whims. Now they forcing landfills, who already have problems, to take on MORE problems.

Boy I wonder what kind of backroom deals were made here to allieviate the pre-existing pollution problems to allow this dumping to occur?

State records show two are under investigation and one was cited in May for polluting nearby waters.

Gee just go read GEMS. Remember that federal aquifer underneath? Start in the late 70's and go forward. This is a federal government plan that will hurt those who accept this oil debris.

Amazing. And the Government took over the settlement of BP. Just like GEMS. Gee I wonder if they will get a consent order. You can bet your last dollar on it. See now they will all be in debt to the Obama Administration.

But there is no disclosure of the auction winners and how many governmental CO-2 permits they purchased. Instead, RGGI publishes lists of potential bidders who submitted “intent to bid” applications. The lists offer a glimpse of whose trade secrets RGGI is keeping confidential.

The most conspicuous are the financial power brokers who generate money, not electricity. The most recent list includes Morgan Stanley Capital Group, Merrill Lynch Commodities, Barclays Bank and Louis Dreyfus Energy Services. Previous auctions have included JP Morgan Ventures Energy and Goldman Sachs, through its J Arons & Co. subsidiary.

At RGGI auctions, the utilities that need the CO-2 allowances must compete against private interests that can profit by driving prices up. The scheme affects the 209 electric generating plants with capacities of 25 megawatts or more.

Christie should be concerned about "Strings Attached"

It's the Education system. A failing one at that. Obama loves the education system. Doesn't know much but he loves it because it's his VOTING block. And it's a way for him through strings attached to get money to the Democratic Party here for November. Oh the Democrats are very scared and need ways for campaign money so they can BUY votes. That's the way it works here.

So good for you Governor Christie. After seeing a Harvard Teacher being sworn in as a Supreme Court Judge with no experience, you can bet your bottom dollar that federal money for education has many strings. And it's not for the children. Never was. Never will be. Just hush money for the administrators and teachers.

It's real folks and it's true.
