Hhhhhmmm, I assume the Grand Jury was comprised of "legal" American citizens? They see it different than you, so just get over it already.

Be very careful at the stop signs and red lights. You know the ones with the cameras that will take a picture of the cars that run red lights because it's AGAINST THE LAW!!!!

Running a stop sign or a red light is a misdemeanor, and I am sure they will be tried and fined for that. What the grand jury did was decide there was no RECKLESSNESS in the action, it was just a mistake with no intent.

You are about the "rule of law" (or so you say), so how about letting the process dictate the outcome. I am fine with a Grand Jury who has much more information than me, and the process they followed. Apparently, you wish to supersede the rule of law in order to get a result YOU want. I have no such interest...

And perhaps that is why you aren't taken seriously by anyone outside of this forum...you are willing to do what they do but only to your means. I know you THINK you are different...but apparently not so much.

It is a very sad story, I think that the part that we are missing here has nothing to do with his legal status, but the fact that he has numerous other similar violations. The guy is a consistently crappy driver and finally killed someone. He will now get a free ticket back to Mexico.
